  6. week Reza Shah II, 28, seemed to be campaigning for office,
  7. behavior quite beneath his late autocratic father Mohammed Reza
  8. Shah. In Los Angeles the exiled Iranian prince rallied a crowd of
  9. 12,000 royalists, saying, "Our struggle has started and shall
  10. conclude in victory." He is also talking like a democrat. In
  11. Washington, before an audience of 600 including Jeanne Kirkpatrick,
  12. he said, "My goal is not to restore the monarchy. We will abide by
  13. what the majority decide." Talking egalitarian is dandy, but how
  14. come people still call him Your Majesty?
